1. Definitions

• You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted.

2.2 Account Registration Process

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure accuracy at all times.
• Create only one account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual will be closed, and any associated funds may be forfeited.
• Keep your account credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify bni99 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bni99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Required documents may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National ID / KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document issued within the last three months)
• Selfie holding your identification document
• Payment method verification (screenshot or photo of bank card or e-wallet account)

Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension or closure. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bni99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Indonesian Members:

• Bank transfers through BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja

Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. VIP Members may enjoy higher deposit limits.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are processed instantly or within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours. bni99 does not charge any fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose charges.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on bni99 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to IDR at prevailing exchange rates, and currency conversion fees may apply.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 100,000,000 (higher limits available for Diamond and Black Diamond VIP Members)
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed)
• All bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawing bonus-derived funds
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bronze & Silver Members: Up to 24 hours
• Gold Members: Up to 6 hours
• Platinum Members: Up to 3 hours
• Diamond Members: Up to 1 hour
• Black Diamond Members: Priority manual processing upon request

Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on weekends may experience delays. bni99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks, which may extend processing time.

4.3 Withdrawal Fees

bni99 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, receiving banks or e-wallet providers may impose transaction fees, which are the Member's responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions are offered at bni99's sole discretion and are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in each promotion. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are available to verified Members only
• One bonus per Member, household, IP address, or payment method unless otherwise stated
• Bonus abuse (creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or fraudulent activity) will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and account closure

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 40x the bonus amount or combined bonus and deposit amount, depending on the promotion. Specific requirements are stated in each bonus offer. Games contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live casino games: 10-20% contribution
• Sports betting: Varies by odds (typically bets with odds ≥1.80 contribute 100%)

5.3 Bonus Expiration

Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion (typically 7-30 days). Unclaimed or expired bonuses will be removed from your account automatically.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

When placing bets on bni99, you agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be canceled or modified after placement except in cases of obvious technical error.

• In the event of a dispute, bni99's decision is final and binding.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at bni99 is subject to the following rules:

• All bets are settled based on official results from the respective sports governing body or league.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided unless 80% or more of the scheduled match time has been completed.
• Live betting odds fluctuate in real-time based on match developments. Odds are locked at the time of bet placement.
• bni99 reserves the right to void bets placed on events with obvious pricing errors or where match integrity is compromised.

6.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

When playing casino and slot games, you acknowledge:

• All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical and calculated over millions of game rounds.

7. Prohibited Activities

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by bni99

bni99 reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time if:

• You breach these Terms & Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• You become ineligible to use our services (e.g., moving to a restricted jurisdiction)

In the event of account closure due to breach of terms, bni99 may retain any remaining balance as compensation for losses or damages incurred.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• Any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting pending wagering requirements or disputed amounts
• Active bonuses will be forfeited
• You will no longer receive promotional communications unless legally required

8.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. bni99 may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 on dormant accounts until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will be notified via email before any fees are applied.

9. Responsible Gaming

• In no event shall bni99's total liability exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time of the incident.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and bni99:

1. Contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the issue informally.
2. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under Indonesian law.
3. Any arbitration or legal proceedings will be conducted in the English language in Jakarta, Indonesia.

bni99's records of transactions, bets, and game outcomes will be considered the authoritative record in any dispute.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. By using bni99 services, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia for the resolution of any disputes.

14. Changes to Terms & Conditions

bni99 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
